The pulls are completely random – if I have a non-USA or Canadian giveaway, that wouldn’t be fair to all the people that signed up. Everyone in the bucket has the same chance of winning – I can’t help that there are more US signups than anywhere else.

But it’s been a few weeks, and it hasn’t arrived yet, so I’m beginning to get concerned that it got lost in the mail. Is there any way that I can get a tracking number or ETA on the order?
