The Build – Part 1
The first part of our Team C TM4 build has us prepping the main deck. This is a very easy, 3-step process so you should just breeze through it before heading on to the differentials.

Build Notes:
In this step we’ll be attaching aluminum center bulkheads to the chassis. You will need to get yourself some blue threadlocker to help lock the screws in place. There will be other uses for the threadlocker during the build, so use only a very small drop on each screw to help keep it in place.

The first step in prepping the chassis is to attach the chassis side rails.

Next, attach the ‘central reinforcing bar’, otherwise known as the battery cage. Note the direction it is facing.

Finally, attach the two, aluminum center bulkheads. Note the direction they are facing. It is important that you pay attention to the bearing support ribs to make sure they are facing each other. A dab of threadlocker on the screws will help keep them secure.

Like I said, really easy. Time to move on to the differentials.
