DRC has announced the release of a line of Tungsten Alloy Screws. These screws are available as FHCS in both 6mm and 8mm lengths and can be used on the bottom of your chassis for additional weight (allowing you to remove any added weight ON the actual chassis).
Tungsten screws can add approximately 4.3g per 5 screws vs a lightweight 1.8g for the same amount of standard steel screws. Used to attach parts to the chassis (from underneath), this allows a driver to add quite a bit of weight down low – the best place to add it.

What We Like:
For the racer looking for every bit of performance, these screws will be invaluable when space ON the chassis is limited. Add a set of these underneath and you can remove any added weights on the chassis – and still be legal in classes that have a weight requirement!
What We’re Not Sure About:
For the serious racer only – these little screws aren’t cheap!
