The Ford F150 Raptor is one of my favorite trucks, and Traxxas has got me super excited about it with their new Raptor release!
First off, the body styling is simply bad ass! The body looks so killer, right down to the injection-molded front grill, side mirrors and hood vent. The front bumper is connected to the chassis and looks amazing!
The chassis under all that beautiful bodywork is based on the Slash and has over 3.5″ of ground clearance. All the parts have been dyed black and look great. It comes with the XL-5 waterproof ESC and 12T 550 modified motor. An iD-equipped 7-cell NiMh battery comes standard as does Traxxas’ metal gear Magnum 272 transmission, water-sealed receiver box, TQ 2.4GHz radio system and 4A DC fast charger.
This is one of the best Raptors I’ve seen yet and definitely on my want list! Review on this coming soon…
