Tamiya is re-releasing the Toyota Soarer 2000VR-Turbo model kit in 1/24 scale. This kit has been updated from the 1981 edition (not motorized this time) with things like 2 sunroof options (and the ability to open and close it), full interior and undercarriage as well as the addition of a driver figure!

What We Like:
While we’ve never been a huge fan of the real car, we are loving this 1/24 scale version of it. The body lines look great as does the detail – and we get a driver figure!
What We’re Not Sure About:
With the removal of the motorized part of the kit, we’d hoped an engine would take its place. We not so lucky…
