Axial SCX10 III Pro-Line 1982 Chevrolet K10 Trail Truck | CompetitionX

Axial has teamed up with Pro-Line and put together a great looking truck on the SCX10 III platform. This rig sports a PL 1982 Chevrolet K10 body, painted blue, with lots of chrome goodies and other spare parts.

Underneath, the SCX10 III comes with all the standard parts – portal axles, steel c-chassis and a single speed transmission – but also includes a full spectrum of Spektrum electronics – SLT3 2.4GHz radio system, 15kg high-torque servo, 40A brushed ESC and Dynamite 35T brushed motor. This rig also comes with LED lighting as standard equipment.

What We Like:
While we haven’t had the chance to drive a SCX10 III yet, we do think it is a great truck with all of the included features. Add that beauty of a body on top and all the other PL equipment and you’ve got yourself a very capable and quite stunning trail truck!

What We’re Not Sure About:
That price though. Ouch. While you do get a bunch of ‘name brand’ upgrades, it’s easily $100 more expensive than anything else in it’s class.
