JConcepts Tusk and Landmines Tires – 1/24 Scale | CompetitionX

JConcepts has dropped two new sets of crawler tires designed for 1/24 scale vehicles – the Tusk and the Landmines. Both of these tires feature new tread designs and are available as pre-mounts or individually.

Individually, the package contains 4 1.0″ tires with inserts and are molded in JC’s Super Soft green compound. Both the Tusk and Landmines have unique patterns that offer a optional traction on different surfaces.

The pre-mounts are also available in either Super Soft green or Soft gold, but come glued to a set of either the Hazard or the Glide 5 wheel.

What We Like:
We just got the Traxxas TRX-4M and already looking for some upgrade parts. We’re pretty happy to see most of the aftermarket supporting these tiny trucks to help extract the most performance possible. While we like the individual tires, we’ll probably go pre-mount for the easy of use.

What We’re Not Sure About:
Nothing. Even the price is tiny for a full set of pre-mounts!!!
