Whoa, check out the new TF7 Touring Car from Kyosho! Not only does this car looks amazing with all of its lightweight carbon fiber and beautifully-anodized red aluminum bits, it’s also loaded with all the go-fast features you’d want in a competition touring car.
Starting with the chassis, you’re looking at a 2.25 symmetrical plate that uses a 2.0mm carbon fiber top deck. Carbon fiber is used for the shock towers as well, measuring a thick 3.5mm.
The suspension is top notch, featuring aluminum arm mounts, molded inserts, anti-roll bars and tough, plastic arms, knuckles, steering blocks and rear hubs.
The shocks are gorgeous, utilizing red anodized parts with a special Velvet coating for extreme smoothness.
The battery and servo are both suspended off the chassis, attaching near the centerline of the chassis.
The motor mount/center bulkhead have been machined as a single piece, helping to keep the gear mesh perfect as well as reducing any flex.
The TF7 comes with a front spool that is anodized red and a rear, sealed gear diff.
Additional aluminum parts (that are red anodized) include the front and rear bulkheads, steering system and servo mount. Even the turnbuckles are red!
This is one sharp looking TC that I can’t wait to get my hands on!
