Go fast, go straight – GO SMALL! Losi has announced a 1/16 scale No Prep Drag Car topped with a 1970 Chevelle body set!

This Mini No Prepper is based on the Mini-T/Mini-B platform, massaged a bit to create the Mini 22! It is powered by a monster 6000kV 2-in-1 brushless system and comes with an 800mAh 2S LiPo battery. Adjustable suspension, 3-gear mid-motor transmission and officially licensed Mickey Thompson front and rear tires finish off the chassis.

On top, Losi has added the beautiful 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle body. It’s been given a drag look with the reverse hood scoop and rear deck wing and is available in two colors – black or blue.

What We Like:
With the popularity, No Prep Drag Cars are flowing like water – everyone is coming out with them. It’s hard to release something that can catch an eye, but we think the 1/16 Mini No Prep Drag car is an interesting idea. This could take off in areas with limited space – back yard battles could actually be a thing!

What We’re Not Sure About:
Nothing, however we’re curious how much interest there actually is in this scale of No Prep Drag Racing.
