Pro-Line Racing Mickey Thompson Baja Pro X G8 Crawler Tires | CompetitionX

Pro-Line Racing has announced the Mickey Thompson Baja Pro X Crawling rubber. These tires are molded in 2.2″ and in their legendary G8 compound for maximum grip for both your rock bouncer and crawling rigs.

These tires mimic the full-scale MT Baja Pro X tires. They feature a symmetrical tread pattern that provides excellent traction and cleaning power. They fit any 2.2″ wheel with PL suggesting their Dual Stage Foams for maximum performance.

What We Like:
These tires looks meaty as all get out, with massive lugs for loads of grip. PL’s G8 compound is also pretty stellar, so expect a ton of traction on almost every surface.

What We’re Not Sure About:
While we appreciate these performance tires coming with open-cell foam inserts, when a company suggest their ‘Dual Stage Foams’ for max performance, why not just include those for a few bucks more? The basher AND the performance-oriented driver will both benefit.
