If you’re a touring car racer, you’ve probably very familiar with the gap that can appear between the front bumper of your body and the foam front support bumper. They foam parts are a generic size, designed to fit a wide range of bodies. In a crash, that gap can result in a badly damaged body.
Protoform has released a kit of foam strips; 4 thin, long strips and 4 taller, larger blocks. They are adhesive-backed to ‘build up’ the gap between the body and bumper. Not only does this keep the body fresh, it also reduces body flex at high speeds.
