R1 Wurks Super Short V21 Brushless Motors | CompetitionX

R1 Wurks has announced their line up of Super Short V21 brushless motors. These motors are 6mm shorter than a standard V21 and about 6g lighter as well. Being shorter, these motors move the CoG inwards towards the center of the chassis, helping to reduce roll in the corners.

These shorty motors are ROAR legal and will be available in 17.5T, 13.5T and 21.5T options.

What We Like:
Just when you think you can’t ‘better’ a brushless motor, R1 comes out with a smart product like this shorts motor. It’s a great idea and we can’t wait to get our hands on a couple to run!

What We’re Not Sure About:
We can’t think of anything other than maybe a heat issue in hotter climates.
