Tamiya 2015 TCS Winners - Look Who's Going to Japan

This year’s 2015 Tamiya Championship Series was held, as it is every year, at the World-famous Tamiya Racing Facility in Aliso Viejo, California. Drivers that have placed well in qualifying races earlier in the year have a chance at the overall win and a trip to Japan for the Tamiya World Championships (only certain classes are eligible for the trip). There was a lot of racing over the 2-day event and 8 new champions were crowned … and here they are:

GT-1: Rod Canare – Trip to Japan
GT-2: Roel Espina – Trip to Japan
GT-3: Chris Widado
Formula 1: Tyree Phillips – Trip to Japan
M-Chassis: Orlando Sherman – Trip to Japan
FWD: Julian Wong
Pro Spec/BMW M3 Cup: Lee Passehl
Novice Spec: Tyler Limsnukan

Congrats to all the winners and good luck the those bound for Japan to represent the USA!
