This new tank is basically a stripped down version of the full option tank (without lights, sound and battle-ready assembly). It simplifies things quite a bit by only requiring a 2-channel radio system and uses a unique clutch system to turn the tank left and right, like a real tank. It also comes with a 540 motor and Hobbywing THW-1060 ESC.

What We Like:
I’ve always thought owning a tank would be fun. In fact, attending one of the local tank-battle events (and participating) seems like it might be a good time. However, if you’re kind of on your own when it comes to RC, having all that extra ‘multi-function’ battle stuff doesn’t really make sense. This seems like a good alternative – an incredibly detailed tank you can just power your ‘battleground’ with.
What We’re Not Sure About:
While it does go forward, reverse and left and right, the turret itself does not rotate. That’s kind of a bummer for me.
