First pictures are starting to hit the web of Tamiya’s highly-anticipated TRF101 Formula 1 Chassis Kit. Taking a closer look, we can see that the TRF101’s biggest changes will be to the front end. Carbon fiber upper arms (2.5mm thick) are now included as well as a captured upper pillow ball. The TRF101 will also utilize a vertically-mounted servo.
The rear of the TRF101 appears to be the same as the Version II. One noticeable change is that the sidelinks now have 3 mounting positions.
The TRF101 should be available in late June. More details when they become available.
