Tamiya Volkswagen Amarok Custom Lift Truck

Tamiya is no stranger to releasing odd vehicles not normally seen in the US and the Amarok is a great example of that. Based on the mid-sized Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles (VWCV) truck, the Amarok was has seen many on- and off-road applications in Europe since 2010.

The Tamiya equivalent is based on their WT-01 platform and features a modular chassis, 4-wheel independent suspension, TBLE-02S ESC, a 540 motor and a beautiful VW pickup body.

I actually really like the look of this can see a definite future for this body on quite a few scale builds.

Available in March 2015.
