Team Associated B5M Factory Team Lite Kit

Team Associated B5M Factory Team Lite Kit

How do you make a fantastic car better? Fill the box with some killer upgrades and add the ‘Factory Team’ emblem to it! That’s just what The A-Team did to their awesome RC10B5M! Not only does it get the Factory Team name, it also get a new ‘Lite’ designation.

Team Associated has added a few high-end parts the B5M kit to remove some of it’s bulkiness (if you can call it that). Starting at the front of the buggy, AE has included lightweight, aluminum front hex axles for less rotating mass. They’ve upgraded the bearings to a Factory Team set and threw in a full set of blue, titanium turnbuckles. The chassis has seen a bit of attention as well; cutouts now adorn the top of the plate. The Team’s V2 12mm Big Bore shocks are also included, as is their new aluminum rear ball stud mount. Finally, and this is big news boys and girls, the new 3-gear transmission is also included complete with a lightweight V2 topshaft and motor plate.

All these parts are, of course, available as options for those of you that already have a B5M, so don’t fret. All I know is I’m glad to see these parts arrive; I’ve been itching to get some on my B5M!
