Something I haven’t reported on in awhile – a new nitro engine. This one is called the BLOK 21bM, a .21-sized engine from Tekno RC.
This engine is designed for use with 1/8 scale buggies and truggies and provides a smooth, linear powerband with excellent fuel mileage. It features a long-stroke piston and sleeve design, 21J carb with 6.0 and 6.5mm venturis, DLC-coated silicone-filled crank and a beautiful low-profile cooling head that is laser-etched with the BLOK logo.
Here are some of the Specs on the BLOK engine:
• Displacement: 3.49 cc/ 0.213 cu.in
• Bore: 16.27 mm / 0.641 in
• Stroke: 16.8 mm / 0.661 in
• Output: 2.55 ps / 2.59 hp @33,000 r.p.m
• Practical R.P.M: 4,000~40,000 r.p.m
• Weight: 362 g / 12.77 oz.
