Tekno RC’s EB48 platform has been coming on strong over the past couple years. Their newest buggy has added a .4 to the name and features a slew of improvements over earlier models. Of course we were stoked to get one not just to review, but to post up an online build to help those that might need building tips.
Here’s the list of parts we’ll be using in this build – click the links for more information:

Before we get started, though, there are a few tools we suggest you have on hand to make the build process much easier:
• MIP Hex Driver Set
• MIP 3.0 Hex Driver
• STRC Shock Shaft Pliers
• Excel Grip On Hobby Knife
• Hudy 17mm Wheel Wrench
• Scotch Mounting Tape
• Excel Needlenose Pliers
• Duratrax 3-Piece Body Scissors and Reamer Set
With any 1:8 scale builds, I also suggest using a cordless driver to make the build easier. If you have the budget, I suggest the following:
• Makita DF010DSE 7.2V Lithium-Ion Cordless Drill
• MIP Metric Speed Tip Set
• MIP Standard Speed Tip Set
