UpGrade RC Low-Profile Belted Bashing Tires

UpGrade RC Low-Profile Belted Bashing Tires

UpGrade RC has announced a pair of 2.8″ pre-mounted tires designed specifically for the basher market. These tires feature a low-profile design with internal belts to keep them expanding under heavy loads. This not only helps keep the tires flat, but also adds stability during your high-speed passes. Sold in sets, both are mounted on rugged 5-star wheels with 17mm hexes, but also include adapters for 12mm and 14mm applications.

Two types of tires are available:
Dirt Claw All-Terrain Tires – large, open-lug design for dirt, sand, gravel and mud,
Street Radial Tires – Best for skate parks, open asphalt and other high-grip locations.

What We Like:
UpGrade RC has been coming on strong with alot of their new product – and these wheels and tires are evident of AMain’s (parent company) push for RC dominance. Nice set of wheels and tires and, of course, the belts are going to really help them perform.

What We’re Not Sure About:
More tread designs please, especially with the offroad tires.
