The 25th Annual CRCRC Winter Mid-West Championships were held January 12th-15th at The Ohio R/C Factory in Jeffersonville, OH. This is known as the first big race of the new year. Racers from as far east as New Jersey and as far west as California made the trip for this great annual event. Team Orion would have their All-Star cast of drivers in attendance which included: Current 2wd & 4wd World Champion Ryan Cavalieri, Current Truck and 4wd ROAR National Champion Jared Tebo, Mike Truhe, Shaun Dunlap, Matt Castellano, and Team Orion USA Team Manager Joe Pillars.

Ryan Cavalieri would take the TQ honors in this class with his Team Orion powered Associated T4.1.

A-Main #1: Cavalieri would take the Win, Tebo finished in 2nd, and Truhe in 3rd.
A-Main #2: Cavalieri took the Win and the Overall Championship!, Truhe finished 2nd, and Tebo 3rd.
A-Main #3: Dunlap took the Win, Marsh 2nd, and Goff 3rd.

Truhe, Tebo, and Dunlap would all tie for 2nd place overall with a total of 197 points. The tie breaker would then go to combined times. Truhe would finish 2nd, Tebo 3rd, and Dunlap 4th.

*Team Orion had 7 out of the 10 drivers in the A-Main taking advantage of their products and also swept the podium!

A-Main #1: Tebo would take the Win, Cavalieri finished 2nd, Maifield in 3rd.
A-Main #2: Tebo and Maifield would have a great battle with Tebo taking the Win and the Overall Championship!, Maifield 2nd, Cavalieri 3rd.
A-Main #3: Maifield would go onto Win, Cavalieri 2nd, Pillars 3rd.

*Team Orion once again had 7 out of the 10 drivers in the A-Main taking advantage of their products!
