Video: Absolutely Stellar!! Tamiya’s Limited Edition Porsche 956!

If there’s one car that has iconic written all over it, it’s the Porsche 956. This car is stunning and, when we found out Tamiya was releasing a limited edition version of it, we knew we had to have it!

In this video we unbox the 956 and show you everything that comes in the box – stellar body set, central tub chassis, rear ‘pan-car’ rear pod, solid axle, realistic wheels and foam tires – it’s all here.

Now, from what we here Tamiya will NOT be doing another release of this car – the first batch is the only batch. That, unfortunately, puts us in a bind – do we build a shelf queen or take it down to the track and beat on it a bit?

Well, being racers, we don’t build shelf queens.
