There is alot of buzz surrounding the new BT-01 chassis from Tamiya. This is mainly due to the versatility of the 3 different drivetrain options – front motor-front wheel drive, front motor-rear wheel drive and rear motor-rear wheel drive.
Tamiya has brought this new chassis to us with a stellar Toyota Supra body set, however the build manual has us assembling the car in a front motor-front wheel drive setup – not ideal for Supra purists.
In this video, we blast around a parking lot with our Supra, however this is after we built it in the correct front motor-rear wheel drive configuration.
